How Can Therapy Help You?
Have there been times when your life seemed to lack purpose or meaning?
Perhaps there have been times when your life lacked a sense of joy or satisfaction.
Many times in our lives we come to a point where we feel either stuck or at an impasse. We’ve tried various ways of coping over and over again hoping for new results, but often coming to the same impasse.
How I Work?
How I Work With People
I create a comfortable environment in my office where people feel safe to share. It is my belief that each of us is unique in our histories and in the strengths that we bring to a situation. Part of the experience of therapy is to identify the strengths and successes we have had in our lives and to discover how these things can impact the current concerns we are facing.
I view therapy as something like traveling on a journey. People invite me to join them for a while. We look at where they have been and where they are now.
